BEACHES

Ermionida has an extensive coastline. Its coastline has a characteristic deeply indented shape and there are many small bays with beaches and small harbours. You will find a wide variety of beaches, deserted or crowded, sandy or pebbled, several of which have been awarded the Blue Flag. Most can be reached by road, and there are many that are only accessible by sea.

BISTI

In the homonymous pine forest, two beaches with pebbles and rocks are accessible on foot from Ermioni.

PETROTHALASSA

One of the largest beaches, with tiny pebbles and sand. It is not organised so make sure you have the necessary equipment.

PIGADIA OR SAMBARIZ

Northeast of Ermioni and at a distance of 15 km you will find a sandy beach with traditional taverns by the sea

DARDIZA

A beach with small pebbles and sand, relatively organized, you will find it at a distance of 4 km. north of Ermioni.

KOUVERTA

Ideal for diving and snorkeling, located in a beautiful inlet with calm blue waters and sand, just 8 km from Ermioni.

SAINT EMILIANOS

Saint Emilianos is better known as The “peninsula of the VIP, is located near Porto Cheli and stands out for its green-blue waters and the lush green magical landscape that offers generously to the visitor.

COSTA

Awarded with a blue flag, it has shallow waters, sand and pebbles and a wonderful view of the island of Spetses. It is located 4.5 km southeast of Portocheli, in the beautiful settlement of Costa, in front of restaurants and cafes.

KOSTOULA

One of the most beautiful beaches of the region in a pristine environment with shallow green-blue waters. The coast is essentially a narrow strip with pine trees along it. It is not organised and is definitely worth a swim as the sea is lovely, the environment is calm and usually uncrowded.

CHINICHA

Located between Costa and Porto Cheli, it has been awarded the blue flag. It has shallow waters and a sandy coast, it is fully organized and from here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the island of Hinitsa.

KORAKIAS BEACH

Double beach northwest of Portocheli. One of the most beautiful in the area, with large pebbles, it is set in a pine forest of Korakia. Access here is difficult due to the dirt road, but the scenery will more than compensate you

LΙMANAKIA

To the southeast of Saint Emilianos it is a sandy beach with crystal clear waters.

CHRYSHI AKTI

Just opposite Spetses, in the settlement of Saint Emilianos with sand and shallow waters, it is very popular.

KOUNOUPI

This beautiful beach belongs to Kranidi but is a continuation of Saint Emilianos. A dead-end dirt road leads to a pebbly beach with a beautiful view of the islet of Kounoupi, and if you continue along the road to the dead end you will find another beautiful beach.

DOROUFI

A sandy beach at a distance of 2,5 km southwest of the valley. Ideal if you want to fish.

LAKKES

It has fine pebbles and you can reach it at only 6 km from the valley.

PORT

Clear blue waters, fine sand and greenery that almost reaches the sea are its main characteristics. It is located south, 6 km from the valley and is not organized.

LEPITSA

A sandy beach surrounded by greenery and the sea with warm and shallow waters, 1.5 km west of the valley. Ideal mainly for families with children.

SALADI

One of the largest beaches in the prefecture, with coarse pebbles and crystal clear deep waters. You will find it at a distance of 5 km from Didyma.

LAΖES

It is located 3.5 km from the settlement of Fourni and has big pebbles.

LAMPAGIANAS

With tiny pebbles and sand, you will find it at 3.5 km from Fourni.
