Next to the Holy Church of the Archangels (Taxiarches), in a historical Ermionian house of the 18th century , where in 1827 the 3rd National Assembly took place, the Historical & Folklore Museum of Ermioni is housed. The ground floor houses the folklore section, with exhibits from the social, economic and cultural tradition of the region, while the upper floor houses the historical section. Here the bust of Th. Kolokotronis stands out, portraits and photographs of the participants in the National Assembly, medals – war excellence and relics of the struggles of Greece against the conquerors. The library of the Museum is the absolute highlight with books of folk art, modern history, the complete series of the Memoirs of the Struggle, as well as all publications about Ermionida.
