Northeast of the settlement of Pelei, on the public road that leads from Trachia to Didyma, the apse cross-vault chapel of Zoodochos Pigi can be seen. Due to the whitewashing of the walls, the date of its construction cannot be determined. However, the low design of the single western entrance, together with the Islamic arch of the niche and the small light openings in the side walls, indicate that it was built in the 18th century.
