Every year, on the last Sunday of January, in the square of the village of Thermisia, the Pancake Festival is organized to celebrate the end of the olive growing season and the promotion of the the excellent quality virgin olive oil of Thermisia. A special celebration, full of music, dancing and traditional flavours from the women of the village.
